Shipping Policy
Kraftig CNC offers free shipping on all orders. Shipping costs outside the contiguous US are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of items in the order. We do not currently ship outside of the US. Payment for shipping will be collected at time of purchase.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
After your order processes, you will receive an email with you order confirmation and expected arrival date. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into you account to track your order.
Return Policy
If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, in original condition, and within 15 days of receipt. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will result in partial refund. If 15 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to process your refund.
Free returns and exchanges. Once the item has been received and inspected we will notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
